Does I have to pay any Sales
Tax or Custom Charges?
There is no Sales Tax for International Buyers.
However, you may be charged import duties and taxes
that are levied once a shipment reaches your
country. Customs clearance charges must be borne by
you, As customs charges differs widely from country
to country, please contact your local customs office
for further information.
- How do you ship the items?
We ship our goods using Insured "Express
Mail Services" (EMS) for all-International
shipments provided by Indian postal department with
full value Insurance and with online tracking
facility.
Unfortunately, we cannot assume responsibility for
shipping errors related to wrong shipping addresses,
customs delays and agreements reached between the
buyer and shipping companies.
- How much time you take to deliver the items?
We usually take 3-4 days to process the order
and ship them. The packet may take 5-6 days more
depending on destination.
- What are your shipping rates?
Shipping rate starts from the flat rates of US $20.00 for every initial 250gm package and
US $3.00
for every additional 250gms.
